After much considerations and elaborate discussion with our Stalkholders, we decided that the SMS Voting should commence in the second stage of the voting because that is where it will make more sense
Also considering that the Voting for the First Stage has commenced already online, it will not be fair to introduce SMS Voting midway because we want to have an accurate result at the end of this stage.
We will also extend the First Stage Voting by one week
