Popular singer, Naira Marley is the latest Nigerian celebrity to be verified on microblogging platform, twitter.

The controversial singer took to his twitter timeline yesterday to issue a threat to the social media platform.

Naira wrote: “Gonna give @twitter 3days to verify me or else…”

Well, barely 19 hours after, the platforms gave him the blue tick!

The rapper took to same platform to announce that he has finally be verified: “Verified in 19hours”
